How do I get started with Domain Money?

To begin, simply visit our website and sign up for a free strategy session. We'll have a call to understand your needs, assess whether Domain is a good fit for you and guide through the next steps.

Who are Domain’s financial advisors?

Our financial advisors are all full-time employees of Domain and are CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professionals, held to the highest standards of care in the industry. Our advisors are the highest quality, bringing extensive experience from world-class firms such as Morgan Stanley, Goldman Sachs and BlackRock.

Is Domain a fiduciary?

Yes, as a Registered Investment Advisor (RIA), we hold a fiduciary responsibility. This means we are legally obligated to act in your best interests. Our team of CFP® professionals adheres to the highest ethical standards, ensuring confidentiality and putting your financial well-being first.

What services can I expect from a Domain advisor?

Your Domain advisor is here to help you with all aspects of your financial life. They will analyze your investment accounts, provide specific investment recommendations, and review your spending habits to create a budget. We’ll also help with goals like buying a home, education savings planning, tax reduction planning, insurance assistance, or developing a retirement strategy – our advisors offer comprehensive support. Your financial journey is unique, and we're here to help you confidently navigate yours.

How long does it take?

One Page Plans and Strategic Plans take three weeks to prepare, after you’ve shared your financial information with us, while our Comprehensive Planning is a 6-month engagement. We have a limited number of spots available each month.

How often should I expect to meet with my Domain advisor?

You'll have several initial sessions with your advisor to craft your personalized plan. Beyond that, we offer unlimited email support alongside flexible ongoing options like calls, meetings, and hourly consultations – all readily available whenever you need them.

What do I get?

You'll receive a personalized plan, guiding you through financial decisions tailored to your goals and unique situation. Sessions, tailored to your plan type, involve dedicated time with your CFP® Professional. They will walk you through all the details of your plan, and provide guidance on implementing our recommendations.

What happens if I don’t like it?

We genuinely believe you'll love your plan. If, for any reason, it falls short of your expectations, rest assured we're committed to making it right. We'll address your concerns, make necessary adjustments. However, if you're still not satisfied, we will provide you with a refund.

Is my information private?

Absolutely. Your information is handled with the highest level of confidentiality. We use it solely for providing personalized financial advice directly to you and do not share your information or sell it to others. Your trust is our priority.

Do I pay more if I do this with my partner?

Not at all. Our transparent fees remain unchanged, whether you embark on this financial journey alone or with your partner.

Can I do this with a family member that is not my spouse?

Certainly, we're here to assist you, your partner and your family members on your financial journey, regardless of spousal status.

Can I adjust my plan? What happens if my goals change?

We understand that your financial needs and goals might evolve over time. Your Plan is designed to be a living document that grows with you. Whenever you feel it's time for a review, simply schedule a session with your advisor. They'll work with you to ensure your plan stays in sync with your life's journey.

Can I adjust my One Page Plan over time?

Absolutely. Your plan is flexible. As life changes, we encourage you to revisit and update it with your Domain advisor's help.

What happens if my financial goals change?

Life happens, and so do financial plans. Your Domain advisor will work with you to adjust your plan accordingly. We're here to keep your financial strategy in tune with your evolving life.

Is Domain Money available outside the US?

At this time, Domain Money is only available to clients currently residing inside the US.
